As an industry pioneer, Kurz should not be missing: Together with the ZARE initiative and four other certified waste disposal companies, we want to draw attention to the upcoming challenges.
At the joint stand C-025 in Hall 9, the concentrated scrap tire disposal competence gathers: Together with representatives of the ZARE initiative (certified scrap tire disposal company), Bender Tires Recycling, CVS Tires, MRH Mülsener Rohstoff- und Handelsgesellschaft as well as Reifen Draws, Kurz Karkassenhandel for a sustainable , promote serious waste tire disposal and raise awareness among business and end customers. Because the cases of illegal disposal and wild dumping in fields, in forests, on country roads, streams and rivers is taking on worrying proportions.
Solutions for the disposal backlog
The term "disposal backlog" is making the rounds in the industry. Recycling companies such as retreaders, cement works and granulators have reached the limits of their capacity: there are far more old tires than can be processed economically. For this reason, on Thursday, May 31st, there will be a panel discussion with representatives from associations, politics, industry and of course the waste disposal sector on the subject of the "Future of old tires". It is necessary to find new recycling models in order to master the growing mountains of used tires. An exciting debate is expected, in which Hanna Schöberl, Managing Director of Kurz Karkassenhandel, will competently represent the interests of the waste disposal industry.

Of course, during the four days of the fair, visitors will also have the opportunity to ask questions, make contacts and deal with the important topic of "disposal of used tires" at first hand.
