The survey is aimed at both private and business customers, whose answers assess, among other things, punctuality, friendliness and communication in service, the price-performance ratio and KURZ's solutions. The relevance of the various performance modules is also queried. “We would like to use the survey results to respond even better to the needs of our customers and adapt our service,” explains Hanna Schöberl, Managing Director of KURZ.
