The Special Olympics International are the world's largest - officially recognized by the IOC - sports movement for people with mental and multiple disabilities and were founded in 1968 in the USA by the Kennedy family. For KURZ, it is particularly important to support people with disabilities, which is why the company has always stood up for others and has done so for many years.
This year, the Special Olympics will take place again in Baden-Württemberg and will help to promote people with mental and physical disabilities in sports. Of course, the motto "Being there is everything" also applies here. By dividing the athletes into different performance groups, no one is disadvantaged. The joy and enthusiasm of the athletes is great at the Special Olympics and, as experience has shown, is transferred to the organizers and spectators. So the Special Olympics is a great experience for everyone.
