The Kurz Karkassenhandel company is once again supporting local clubs with a donation this year. the Number against grief, the Alzheimer Society Rhineland-Palatinate and Animal shelter Esslingen each receive 2.000 euros from the certified waste disposal company from Wendlingen.
Above all, young and old people and animals are the ones who suffer during this time. Children who are struggling with the psychological consequences of the Corona period, older people who lack social contacts and animals that prove to be a burden and are taken to overcrowded animal shelters.
Number against Kummer based in Wuppertal advises children, young people and parents anonymously and free of charge with questions, worries and problems and provides help for self-help. The Alzheimer Society Rhineland-Palatinate provides information about Alzheimer's disease and helps people with dementia and their relatives to deal with the disease. The Esslingen animal shelter takes care of up to 250 animals every day, gives them a new home and is actively involved in animal welfare.
"The work of these three associations is important to us, which is why we want to support Number Against Kummer, the Alzheimer's Society of Rhineland-Palatinate and the animal shelter in Esslingen with the money," explains Hanna Schöberl, Managing Director of Kurz Karkassenhandel. Kurz has been involved in fundraising campaigns for non-profit organizations for several years.
