Rubber tires don't stand a chance: Two tons of rubber powder per hour
The fine grinding plant, which was inaugurated in 2016, crushes around two tons of feed material per hour into the finest rubber powder down to 0,4 mm. It is completely free from metallic and textile contamination and packed as per customer specific requirement. The fine rubber powder will primarily be used in the production of new tires and conveyor belts, in construction chemicals and for bitumen applications. But the plant can do even more, it also shreds industrial waste and other secondary materials, which makes it ideal for additional recycling applications.
