YOUR TASKS:
At KURZ you can expect varied and responsible tasks. You are responsible for the entire project management, look after customers and acquire new customers, calculate prices and offers and keep an eye on quotas. As a sales manager, you will lead the team of sales employees (field service and office work) and promote their cooperation and further development. You will work out optimization measures in coordination with our management in order to develop sustainable solutions and disposal concepts for our customers.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed technical or commercial training or a degree
- Specialist and managerial experience in sales, preferably in the waste disposal industry
- Polite and confident demeanor
- Enthusiasm and willingness to perform
- You recognize the potential of services that require explanation and can present this to customers.
