The world is changing and KURZ is keeping up – employee training at KURZ in Landau.
Digitization, sustainability, circular economy, e-mobility, waste ordinance, efficiency, shortage of skilled workers – there was no shortage of topics on the training day at KURZ. All employees from the Landau and Wendlingen locations have started to follow the developments on the market, to understand the technical changes and to take on new impulses. The topics were classified according to their importance. After the presentation of the speakers, they were partly deepened in small working groups, so that the employees could also ask their questions.
Climate change makes it clear - our task of sustainable disposal of tires and rubber waste is becoming increasingly important. The guidelines of the Closed Substance Cycle Act and the Ordinance on the List of Wastes are constantly being adapted, and it is therefore of enormous importance that those who deal with them on a daily basis know the details.
How can we at KURZ improve sustainability in the company - that was also a focus of the training day.
Learning together is not only exhausting, it is also fun. The merger of the two locations was an advantage; Here it quickly became apparent that internal knowledge in particular spreads quickly. Of course, personal cooperation also supports team building.
In addition to the purely technical part, there was of course also delicious food and drink and good conversations on the side, which are sometimes more important than the official part.
In the end, everyone agreed that we should do this more often.
