Since March 2016, we have been operating the Landau site's only rubber pulverising plant for peeling snakes in Europe. Our ultra-modern plant is equipped with 144 rotor knives and seven stator knives, which crush your delivered granulate or rubber into the desired particle size in just a few minutes. We can produce fine flour with a particle size of less than than 0.4mm. Should you require a Desire specific grain sizethat goes beyond our standard formats, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our shredding processes are designed to maximise efficiency. Shredding initially breaks down used tyres and rubber waste into smaller, manageable pieces. This is a crucial first step that enables us to optimally process the materials further and thus create the basis for subsequent granulation and pulverisation.
Shredding is followed by granulation, in which the rubber pieces are further processed into fine granulate. For applications that require even finer materials, we also offer pulverisation. This process enables us to produce extremely fine rubber qualities that are suitable for various industries.
