Wendlingen/Landau, 06.02.2024. The certified waste management company KURZ Karkassenhandel is conducting a survey to determine customer satisfaction with its waste tyre disposal services. Attractive discounts on the next disposal of car tyres will be raffled off among all participants.
Customers of the renowned waste disposal specialist can rate the company's services in a current survey on the KURZ Karkassenhandel website. The survey is aimed at both private and business customers, whose answers include an assessment of punctuality, friendliness and communication in service, the price-performance ratio and KURZ's solutions. The relevance of the various service modules is also queried. "We want to use the survey results to respond even better to the needs of our customers and customise our service," explains Hanna Schöberl, Managing Director of KURZ. The company maintains very good and long-standing customer relationships and not only wants to maintain the high standard of service for its customers, but also improve it further, adds Schöberl.
The survey will run until 29.02.2024. It's worth taking part: KURZ is giving away three discount vouchers of up to 100% discount on one tonne of car tyres for the next used tyre disposal among all participants.
