Customers give top marks to KURZ Karkassenhandel

In an online survey, the certified waste management company KURZ Karkassenhandel asked its customers for their opinion. Various services relating to the company's waste tyre disposal were evaluated. The result attests to the waste disposal company's first-class service and the resulting above-average level of customer satisfaction.

In the survey on the KURZ Karkassenhandel website, participants were able to award grades from 1 ("very good") to 6 ("unsatisfactory"). The individual services provided by the certified waste disposal company were assessed and respondents were also asked about the reasons for their co-operation and suggestions for improving the service. What customers particularly appreciate about KURZ is its adherence to deadlines and reliability: at 56 %, more than half of the participants gave KURZ Karkassenhandel a rating of "very good" for on-time order processing. The reliability of the company, also in terms of smooth processes, was cited as the most common reason for the collaboration. Some customers put it like this: "It just fits!"

A friendly, motivated team

Respondents named the collection of used tyres via Sprinter and the collection with the 12- and 14-tonne trucks as the most frequently used services, with 39 % each. The company's friendly customer contact is perceived very positively - 91 % of respondents rated the friendliness in the office as good to very good, while 96 % of respondents rated the friendliness of KURZ's drivers as good to very good. Overall, the certified waste disposal company can be pleased with its high level of satisfaction: On average, the survey participants gave KURZ's services an overall rating of 1.9. "We are delighted that our customers are so satisfied - this is a great motivation and confirms that we maintain good, long-standing customer relationships. But we are also taking away some points that will help us to become even better," explains Hanna Schöberl, Managing Director of KURZ Karkassenhandel.  

Stable prices for certified disposal

In addition to punctuality and friendliness, the price-performance ratio was particularly important to the respondents: 91 % rated this as important to very important. The fact that KURZ takes the issues of environmental protection and sustainability seriously is perceived very positively - many participants cited certification as an important reason for working with the waste management company. When asked what KURZ Karkassenhandel's customers would like to see, stable prices and even faster collection times were still mentioned. The majority did not mention any improvements, but would like everything to remain (good) as it is. 

At 98 %, the majority of survey participants are commercial customers of KURZ Karkassenhandel. 70 % of the respondents use KURZ services at the Landau site, while the remaining 30 % are customers of the Wendlingen site.
