Kurz invests in Europe's first fine grinding plant for peeling snakes

Landau/Wendlingen, 04 May 2016. Karl Kurz, Managing Director of Kurz Karkassenhandel GmbH in Wendlingen, recognised very early on that used tyres are a valuable secondary raw material. He has been committed to the sensible and economical use of used tyres for over 60 years. After a preparation period of just under a year, he was able to hand over Europe's first rubber pulverisation plant for peel-off tyres from truck treads in Landau in March 2016.
