600,000 used tyres accumulate every year in Germany alone - and if we put them all together, they would reach around the globe. There are 3.4 million used tyres across Europe. Tyres are robust, weather-resistant and therefore do not rot. It is extremely important that we recycle tyres in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Together with ZARE, we make sure that the tyres, if they are still in good condition, continue to be used or are retreaded. Tyres that are no longer used can be recycled.
