YOUR TASKS:

At KURZ you can expect varied and responsible tasks. You will be responsible for the entire project management, look after customers and acquire new customers, calculate prices and offers and keep an eye on quotas. As a sales manager, you will lead the team of sales employees (field sales and back office) and promote their cooperation and further development. You will develop optimisation measures in coordination with our management in order to develop sustainable solutions and disposal concepts for our customers.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed technical or commercial training or a degree programme
• Specialist and management experience in sales, preferably in the waste disposal industry
• Polite and confident demeanour
• Enthusiasm and commitment
• You recognise the potential of services that require explanation and can present this to customers.
• You enjoy "thinking outside the box and solution-orientated"
