Dedicated office employee (m/f/d) - Flexible working hours in a family environment

We are a warm, owner-managed family business and are looking for a dedicated office employee (m/f/d) to join our team in our Wendlingen office to help us drive digitalisation forward.

Your tasks:

• Support with general office organisation (e.g. processing enquiries and orders).
• Customer support on the phone and by e-mail.
• Scheduling and coordination for the team.
• Maintenance of customer data and document management.
• Development and advancement opportunities in various areas such as preparation of documents and presentations / involvement in advertising and social media / trainers / and much more.
• You take care of quality management and other certifications
• You support the sales department

Your profile:

• You enjoy working with people and have a positive, customer-orientated attitude.
• You think commercially and work in a structured manner.
• You are motivated, a team player and willing to take on responsibility.
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the office or administration sector, but career changers are also very welcome!
• You are a digital native.
• You are no stranger to Elo, Datev and paperless working.
