Digital native (m/f/d) with a desire for development

We are a warm, owner-managed family business and are looking for a dedicated office employee (m/f/d) to join our team in our Wendlingen office to help us drive digitalisation forward.

Your tasks:

• Driving forward the digitalisation of our processes
• Support in processing enquiries and orders
• Scheduling and coordination for the team.
• Maintenance of customer data and document management.
• Development and promotion opportunities in various areas
• Responsibility for quality management and other certifications
• Support of the sales department

Your profile:

• Digitalisation is in your blood and you have a feel for processes.
• You already have experience with Elo, Datev and paperless working.
• You enjoy working with people and have a positive, customer-orientated attitude.
• You think commercially and work in a structured manner.
• You are motivated, a team player and willing to take on responsibility.
• You are a digital native and are familiar with digital tools.
