Do you also dispose of your household waste cheaply?
If you want to dispose of your household waste cheaply, simply tip it into the forest or onto a field. This will give you roughly the same result as disposing of tyres as cheaply as possible.
Tyres must and should be recycled in accordance with the circular economy. This does not come for free. Remember: you are not only paying for the disposal of your used tyres, but also for climate-friendly recycling and therefore for our future and our environment.
Tyres disposed of in a certified manner
Have you ever thought about what happens to your tyres when you dispose of them at KURZ or another certified disposal company?
- The tyres are meticulously sorted.
- Suitable tyres are sent for recycling, i.e. they are shredded and the textile and steel are separated from the rubber and recycled. Depending on its intended use, the rubber is shredded and then recycled into new products to be used.
- Tyres that are not suitable for recycling, e.g. seal tyres, are sent for thermal recycling.
Tyres disposed of cheaply
Flying, fraudulent suppliers take the tyres from you and store them illegally, as recently in Porta Westfalica.
Often the providers then disappear again as quickly as they appeared and the landlord of the site or the city/municipality have to finance the proper disposal.
Some suppliers also take the tyres outside of Europe, where they are incinerated or simply dumped.
Take responsibility! Dispose of certified waste!
We are all happy when we can pick up a little bargain. However, we should not forget our responsibility.
In our opinion, a dealer who offers wheel changes for 12 euros per vehicle cannot work economically and therefore cannot do a good job in the long term. Good and responsible work costs money: Disposing of used tyres for €0.80 each is not legally possible in Germany.
